I have several years of implementing wood processing equipment experience. This has taught me how to push the limits on PLC processing times, high speed data tracking, and diligently testing each component prior to installation.

My time spent with OEMs has exposed me to many material handling situations - teaching me several strategies to pull from when developing the best material handling solution: robotics, hydraulics, pneumatics, servos, and more styles of motion control.
AUTOMOTIVE
My work with tier 1 and 2 automotive suppliers was aimed to maximize cycle times, meet 6 sigma requirements, develop and prove KPIs, as well as successfully implement just in time manufacturing processes.
COLLABORATIVE
Developing safe work environments where workers and robots work side by side allows higher production times when implemented in the correct scenarios. It improves work conditions by shifting the most challenging tasks from employees to robots.
